Donor Recommendation Form

Making a grant from your donor advised fund is very easy.  Simply fill out the donor recommendation form below and either mail or fax it to our office.  Once we receive your form, our office will mail the grant along with a letter to your charity of choice.

Grants are typically made within one week and will be distributed from our host, the Greater Salina Community Foundation.  If you need it processed sooner than that, please call our office, 785-445-3611

Donors can also make grant requests online through their Donor Central account.  Don’t have one set up?  Contact the Foundation and we will set up one for you.

Community foundation announces spring grant cycle

The Ottawa County Community Foundation is accepting applications for spring grants now through May 1, 2018. More than $65,000 is available for charitable projects that address the present and future needs of Ottawa County. Grants will be awarded from the Dane G. Hansen Community Grant Fund, the Ottawa County Community Impact Fund and the Ottawa County Public Health Fund. Focused on improving quality of life, funding will support education, health care, community social services and security, conservation and environment, arts and culture, and community beautification.
